WPEBL Executive Board Members
WPEBL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The WPEBL Executive Committee consists of 3 individuals who share the responsibilities for handling the general organization of all teams, schedules, playoffs, and the enforcement of league rules. The positions are elected on one-year terms prior to the start of each season through a vote of the League Board.

CHASE ROWE
Chase Rowe is the Head Baseball Coach at LaRoche College, taking over the program at the young age of 23 and leading them to the AMCC title game in 2007. An excellent teacher and communicator, Chase has helped pave the way for LaRoche baseball to achieve new heights over the past 3 seasons.
Chase graduated from Knoch High School in 2001 and continued his playing career at Gulf Coast Community College for one season, followed by 3 years at Slippery Rock University. He was a member of the 2003 squad that competed in the NCAA Division II World Series, earning a spot on the North Atlantic All-Tournament team. In addition, Chase was a two-time all conference player in the PSAC and finished 2nd for the batting title in 2005.
Chase received his degree in Sport Coaching from the United States Sports Academy in 2008 and is currently a commission scout for the Florida Marlins.
Chase is also the Head Coach and GM for the Pittsburgh Spikes (formerly the Diamond Dawgs)team in the WPEBL, serving in that capacity over the past 3 seasons. Through three seasons with the Spikes / Diamond Dawgs, 18 former players went on to play collegiate baseball.
MARK SAGHY
Mark Saghy was one of the founding members of the WPEBL, looking for a means to provide the best possible opportunities for players to continue their development and increase their exposure to college coaches. He has run the Steel City Wildcats since the formation of the WPEBL in 2006
Mark Saghy served as the baseball coach at Mt. Lebanon High School for 7 years, during which time he helped guide the team to the 1998 State Championship and the 2002 WPIAL Championship, also finishing runner-up in 2001. Although his career winning percentage exceeds .700, his most gratifying achievements resulted from helping his players find the right college program, academically and athletically.
Mark has been helping to assist high school baseball players with the college recruiting process since 1998. He initially started by helping his own players at Mt. Lebanon High School and eventually expanded his program to help as many players as possible in Western PA. He has conducted recruiting seminars at over 35 high schools and provided individual consultation to over 100 players.
WALT PATSILEVAS
Walt Patsilevas is GM for the two Seneca Valley Teams in the WPEBL and Palomino leagues. Serving in that capacity over the past ten seasons. Through the past ten seasons with Seneca Valley, 42 former players went on to play collegiate baseball and several have been drafted.
